John spent his first decade in motorsport designing safety equipment before operating custom helmet painting workshops in Spain for five years and across the UK for fifteen years. That deep background in driver protection forms the foundation of every helmet that leaves the Bridgwater workshop today.

Our team combines traditional hand-painting techniques with cutting-edge technology, using high-resolution 3D laser scanning to tackle complex sizing requirements. Having supplied custom helmets to top teams across elite racing, including Formula 1, we treat every customer with the same uncompromising standards whether they race powerboats, motocross bikes, or stock cars.

We take full responsibility for the quality of our work. Every laser fitment comes with a 30-day refitment guarantee to ensure total comfort on track, and all custom artwork is protected by a 2-year paintwork guarantee against UV fading, peeling, or premature wear.
